INSTITUTE LEADERSHIP

For more than 25 years, Susan Raridon Lambreth has been internationally recognized as one of the top leadership and practice management consultants for law firms. She has helped many of the largest firms in the U.S. implement strong practice management and has taught over 5,000 law firm and practice leaders how to lead and manage more effectively.

Over the past two decades, Susan has been on the cutting edge of helping law firms continue their evolution from managing primarily at the firm level to managing at the department and practice group level and now to managing at the matter/project level.  Her work on this evolution over the past decade is evidenced in the many books she has written.  She has authored three books on LPM, including  The Power of Legal Project Management: A Practical Handbook published by the American Bar Association and co-authored by David Rueff.  It is the most
